Today! It’s today that I am flying back home. My flight will depart exactly 4 hours and 20 minutes from now…
Malaysia, here I come! :icon_eek:

Just another day, I should be flying back to KL! Finally after nearly 3 weeks in Manila. Really looking forward for tomorrow!
Miss everything back home. Especially my darling…muaks! :icon_razz:
Hmm…can’t imagine I have been here for 3 weeks already. As usual it’s Monday again and I’m in the office for regular progress update.
Miss home so much! And…miss my darling too! :icon_wink:
Wake up quite early today…check mail and went down to have breakfast. It’s a rainy morning! Luckily I don’t have any plan today or should I say my plan is to rest in hotel since we had a tired day out yesterday.
Hence, raining in the morning become a lovely weather to hide myself in the room…Adios! :icon_rolleyes:
Finally, a tired day out…This morning, once we get into the taxi, the driver told us today is “Manila Day” and we should expect some kind of traffic jam. Without much delay, finally we arrived at San Agustin Church (within the Intramuros). Spent about 1 hour in there and we start walking out by the “Great Wall”.
Walking under the HOT sun until we saw the first Jollibee (the local McD) and we pop in for some cold drinks, “recharge” ourselves and do some map reading for the next desination – Mall of Asia. While walking towards that, we “bump” into another mall – it’s the Robinson Mall. This mall was big and we spend sometime walking around, wanted to watch movie but the timing wasn’t right.
Quit the mall and continue walking, the sky turn dark and start raining! We then decide to take a taxi to Mall of Asia. Thank god we make this decision! Because, after we reached, we then notice it’s REAL far from the place we get into taxi and it’s almost impossible to reach by walking. Sometime map just doesn’t tell the real picture… :icon_razz:
We spend the rest of the afternoon there, it’s the 3rd largest mall in the world and it’s built by the sea. Walking around, snap some photos, watch a movie (Tokyo Drift) and lastly dinner! Not to forget the nice sunset view at the seaside. Cool! :icon_cool:
Check it out! That’s my hotel room, been staying in here for the past 2 weeks. Another couple more days, I shall be leaving Manila (for time being). Unfortunately (or was it fortunate), I might come back here again to continue what hasn’t been done.
Another weekend starting here, hopefully it’s a “not-so” boring one compare to last week. :icon_biggrin:
There is this place called Intramuros where there are Spanish left-over buildings (cathedral, museum, etc) which has been rebuild – i suppose!). Planning to go there this weekend, hopefully it turn out to be a nice weekend outing!
Stay tuned for latest from Manila… :icon_biggrin:
Coming into the 10th day in Manila, I’m almost done with my work here and still waiting for some patches to be available. The brekkie in this hotel is getting bored to me, everyday they serve pretty much the same food.
Starting to miss the lovely Malaysian food…eventhough I can find some restaurant that serve Malaysian (or may be Singaporean) food but it’s just not the taste I am looking for. :icon_rolleyes:
I’m sorry that commenting on my blog was not working properly earlier after migrating from the old server. I have fixed that and you can start to post any comment as you like!
And not to forget to shout on the ShoutBox some where located at the right bottom of this page. Enjoy! :icon_eek:
Another week starting in Manila…Now sitting in the breakfast lounge in Discovery Suites, Ortigas City. Today I will be going to Manila office for some work and if time permit I will then head down to site after lunch. :icon_idea:
Hopefully things are going my way this week. :icon_cool:
